The course covered important topics like the sulfur cycle and chemical energy, but it felt either too slow or too broad for my child's interest level. We did learn a few useful concepts, yet overall it didn't hold their attention well.

Great introduction to the chemistry of life — clear explanations of the six key elements and how they build macromolecules. The single weekly lesson was an easy commitment for our family schedule.

My child enjoyed the weekly 45-minute sessions and often talked about atoms and proteins afterward. Good fit for the stated age range.

The sequence across the 10 weeks made complex ideas feel manageable. As a parent I liked how the course connected elements to real biological structures.
