The 11-week, three-times-per-week structure with 55-minute sessions provided consistent practice. The focus on explicit instruction, guided practice and cumulative review made the lessons feel well organized and effective for building basic decoding and spelling skills.

Perfect for kids ages 7 to 12 who need foundational phonics work; the course targets the right skills like blending, segmenting and short vowel sounds.

Challenging but manageable — the course covers phonemic awareness, digraphs and high-frequency words in a way that felt appropriate for a beginning reader.

We appreciated the explicit, systematic instruction and the focus on listening comprehension through read-alouds. My child found the lessons predictable and less stressful, which made learning more enjoyable.
