Content was engaging and my 8-year-old stayed interested, but 55 minutes felt long on a couple of days — still glad we enrolled for the Obby-building experience.

We found the course content useful in theory — the topics like discovered attacks and x-rays are important — but my 7-year-old struggled with the difficulty level and felt overwhelmed by the material. For us the pace and challenge didn't match his current level, though the chess.com positions were a helpful idea.

Strong intro to game design and scripting with good hands-on practice. We would have liked a follow-up option to continue building on the skills after the one-week camp.

Solid intermediate-level course that covers important topics like tempo, defensive concepts, and calculation. The weekly rhythm over ten weeks kept my son engaged and practicing regularly, and the 55-minute duration was just right.
