Unity 3D Game Design: Build Your First 3D Game (Ages 10-15)

This course was a great fit for our family. The 10-week, project-based structure kept my 13-year-old engaged, and the focus on building a playable 3D game helped them apply concepts like movement, obstacles and collectibles. The requirement of basic Unity experience made the lessons challenging but accessible, and the weekly 45-minute sessions were a good rhythm for balancing practice and other activities. Highly recommend for kids in the 10–15 age range who want hands-on game design.

Unity 3D Game Design: Build Your First 3D Game (Ages 10-15)

My 11-year-old enjoyed the project-based format and the beginner C# scripting lessons. With only one 45-minute lesson per week the pace felt a bit brisk for new concepts, but overall it was a solid introduction to Unity.

Tinkercad 3D Design & Printing: Toys, Gadgets, Prototypes

Really impressed — my 9-year-old took the Tinkercad 3D Design & Printing course and came away excited and more confident with 3D design. The 55-minute lessons, four times a week for two weeks, felt well-paced and covered shape manipulation, alignment, grouping, symmetry and proportions through hands-on projects like name tags, toy cars and pencil holders, culminating in an original design. It was a fun, practical introduction to how digital models can become physical with 3D printing and noticeably boosted their spatial reasoning and creativity.
