This was a fantastic, approachable cooking course that taught basic techniques alongside the history and traditions behind each Trinidad & Tobago dish. The pacing over five weeks with one 55-minute lesson per week felt manageable and my child stayed engaged throughout.

Very pleased — the course is age-appropriate for 9–14 year olds and balanced recipe work with cultural stories. Our son looked forward to the weekly 55-minute class for five weeks and is now more willing to help in the kitchen.

Interesting introduction to five popular local dishes; my 9-year-old found some steps challenging, but the cultural context kept them motivated.

Good course overall — well paced with a clear focus on basic techniques and cultural background. I would have liked a little more hands-on practice during the 55-minute sessions, but my 13-year-old stayed engaged.
