This was excellent — thorough but gentle coverage of puberty, body image, healthy relationships, and eating concerns drawn from Care & Keeping of You 2. My 12-year-old found the discussion approachable and came away with new perspectives. The recorded, book-club style made it easy to replay specific parts, and the single 55-minute lesson fit well into our schedule. I would recommend it to other parents looking for a concise, age-appropriate introduction to these topics.

Good, clear coverage of puberty and hygiene that felt age-appropriate for my 9-year-old. I would have preferred shorter segments rather than one continuous 55-minute recording.

Overall a solid overview for the 9–13 age range; the book-club format based on Care & Keeping of You 2 made sensitive subjects easier to approach. My child stayed engaged for the whole 55 minutes. I did wish there were follow-up resources or activities after the one-week course.
