Coping Skills for Grief and Self-Reflection

This one-week course offered a gentle, age-appropriate introduction to grief and practical coping strategies. My 10-year-old engaged with the guided worksheets and creative activities during the single 55-minute lesson and started opening up about their feelings. I would have liked a short follow-up session or extra take-home activities, but overall it was very helpful.
