Class Experience
Kids combine writing and drawing to create their own Pokémon-inspired comic. Over four weeks they learn comic basics, plan a story with a beginning, middle and end, and add dialogue in speech bubbles.
The teacher gives feedback as they draw and write, and the course ends with a showcase where everyone shares their finished comic.
How classes work
Each week starts with a short live demo of the new idea, followed by guided practice while the teacher checks in with every learner. Classes end with a small challenge to try before next time.
What we'll cover
Week 1: Comic Basics – Learn panels, speech bubbles and how comics tell stories.
Week 2: Plan the Story – Plan a story with a beginning, middle and end.
Week 3: Draw and Write – Draw panels and write dialogue for the comic.
Week 4: Comic Showcase – Finish the comic and share it with the class.
