Very impressed with how the course breaks down short film production — story structure, camera basics, and editing were all addressed in a clear way. My 13-year-old stayed engaged through three lessons a week and by the end of the two weeks had a finished 1–2 minute short to show the family. The length and difficulty seemed well suited to the 9–13 age range.

Very happy with this course — my 16-year-old came away confident in developing podcast ideas, recording audio, and preparing an episode for publishing. The mix of scripting, recording and editing tools like Audacity and Descript was thorough, and the one-lesson-per-week pacing felt manageable for our family.

Our 9-year-old had a blast writing, filming and editing a 1–2 minute short; the mix of story structure and camera basics kept things interesting. The 55-minute lessons were just long enough for hands-on work without losing focus.

The 2-week course with three 55-minute lessons per week covered story structure, camera basics, and editing well, but my 12-year-old said the pace felt a bit rushed on the first few sessions.
