Thorough and practical — the course covers useful everyday skills from cooking basics to household organization and preliminary first aid. The video demonstrations and opportunities to practice gave my teen confidence, and the eight-week format with weekly lessons felt just right for steady progress.

Good course for ages 11–16 with solid coverage of kata and weapon basics; I would prefer an extra lesson each week or more total weeks to accelerate progress.

As a parent of an 11-year-old, I appreciated the clear structure and variety of topics like money management and personal safety planning. The lessons are manageable at 45 minutes, and the practice elements made the learning stick.

We liked the steady pacing — moving into Kanku-Sho and weapon basics felt thoughtful, and the 45-minute class length fit well into our schedule over the five-week period.
