Japanese Kanji Writing, Painting and Calligraphy (Radicals and Art)

This course hit the sweet spot for our 8-year-old. Lessons focused on common kanji radicals, their meanings and pronunciation, followed by guided writing and painting/drawing activities that reinforced learning. The periodic review and games helped him retain vocabulary across the 10-week program. Overall the pacing and lesson length felt age-appropriate.
