As a parent I appreciated how hands-on this course was — the live caterpillar observations, feeding demos, and printable activities gave my 7-year-old multiple ways to learn. The pacing felt gentle and the videos clearly showed each stage from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly. The final outdoor release tied everything together and let my child see real butterfly behavior in a garden setting.

Overall a great introduction to the human body for preschoolers; the mix of books, models and movement kept my child engaged and the group discussions added a nice social element. The course covered a lot — brain and nervous system, heart and lungs, digestion and the five senses — in five weekly 30-minute lessons. I would have given five stars if some sessions had a touch more hands-on time, but this is a solid, age-appropriate program.
