Good overall—clear progression through facial expressions, proportions, color and shading—and my 10-year-old enjoyed working toward an original character. The single weekly lesson format over eight weeks fit our schedule well, though sometimes I wished for a bit more practice time between lessons. The variety of tools covered (pencils, colored pencils, markers, outlining tools) was a big plus.

As a parent of a 6-year-old, I appreciated the clear progression from simple shapes to full characters and little scenes. The pacing felt appropriate, the themes were playful, and four lessons a week kept momentum without being overwhelming. Highly recommend for ages 3–7 who enjoy drawing and coloring.

The course covers useful fundamentals—expressions, body proportions, and backgrounds—in weekly 45-minute lessons, but my 8-year-old thought the pace was sometimes slow and wished for more hands-on time.

This two-week course was just what we needed to build drawing confidence. Each 55-minute session walked my child through turning circles and squares into foods and scenes, and the coloring parts were a big hit.
