My 13-year-old took the one-week drawing class and came away so proud of her Crowned Eagle sketch. The single 55-minute lesson was a great mix of fundamentals—proportion, perspective, value and texture—plus practical shading techniques like hatching, cross-hatching and blending using charcoal and graphite. It felt challenging but very manageable for her age and kept her engaged the whole time.
