Really impressed with this short, self-paced program for my 7-year-old. The lessons cover seated, kneeling, standing, prone, and reclined poses with detailed verbal and kinesthetic instruction, and the energizing and calming breaths followed by guided relaxation were a nice balance. One lesson per week over two weeks was easy to fit into our schedule and kept them engaged.

Engaging and useful—good introduction to how competitions are run and solid practice for role-play responses. I would recommend it for teens preparing for this kind of event.

My child liked the format and came away with better presentation habits. Two 60-minute lessons per week struck a good balance.

Good mix of animal-themed kids yoga and American Sign Language—my 5-year-old enjoyed the animal signs and the relaxation, but the 55-minute lesson felt a bit long for their attention span.
