My 13-year-old enjoyed the course and often talked about the links between pressure in a match and body responses afterward. The once-weekly 45-minute structure over four weeks felt well paced and age-appropriate.

This was a thoughtful, relatable way to explore how games influence attention and feelings. The lessons tied Fortnite mechanics to reward and stress responses using slides and group discussion, and my teen found the scenarios easy to connect with.

Great class, very engaging.

Excellent for older teens; my 17-year-old appreciated the clear explanations of emotion regulation and the neuroscience behind sounds and visual cues in games. Four weeks was the perfect intro length and the weekly pacing worked well for our schedule.
