This book club is exactly what we needed to deepen reading habits. My 12-year-old appreciated the guided discussions and we liked the consistent weekly rhythm and concise 30-minute format over the eight weeks.

Thoughtful course that taught concrete comprehension strategies and encouraged text analysis. My kid was engaged each week and came away with better discussion skills after the 8-week run.

The emphasis on structured discussion improved my child's ability to talk through themes and evidence in the reading. It was well suited to the 8–13 age range and the weekly, half-hour lesson felt manageable.

Overall a positive experience: the focus on comprehension and discussion was exactly what we wanted. I only wish there were more than one lesson per week, but the eight-week structure worked well for our schedule.
