My 9-year-old completed a full 10-page book from plotting to polished PDF and was so proud. The instructor demonstrated digital editing and layout using tools like Photoshop/Photopea, which made the move from paper drawings to a print-ready file much clearer, and the pacing of one 50-minute lesson per week over eight weeks worked well for us. The included printing and shipping of at least 60 copies for USA students was an amazing bonus that made the project feel real and rewarding.

Fantastic eight-week program — my 11-year-old loved designing characters, doing the inking and scanning, and especially getting a box of printed books at the end.

We were excited by the end-to-end book project and it does cover idea generation through a print-ready PDF, but my 7-year-old found the 50-minute weekly lessons too rushed for the digital editing and assembling parts. The printed-book benefit for USA students is nice, yet I wish there was more time or support during the scanning and editing steps for younger kids.

Good class that kept my child engaged; we only wished for a little more one-on-one feedback during the scanning and layout stages.
