I liked that the instructor used a written blackboard, demonstration, and repetition to support visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning; it made the ASL alphabet and sight-word signs easy to follow for a beginner. The single lesson (one per week in this one-week course) was well paced and held my 7-year-old's attention. Great introductory class for kids ages 3–18 with no prior experience required.

My 5-year-old stayed engaged for the whole 55-minute class — clear demonstrations of each ASL letter plus one sight-word sign per letter kept it fun and understandable.

Very effective use of demonstration and the blackboard. My child learned several signs and felt confident showing them at home.

This short class was exactly what we needed to get started with ASL letters and sight words. My child enjoyed the pace and activities.
