Great structure for young learners — one 45-minute lesson per week with exercises and roleplay made the topic approachable and practical for my 15-year-old.

As a parent I appreciated the structured approach to decision making and building focused goals. The mix of a clear decision-making process with roleplaying exercises each week helped my tween think through options more confidently, and the eight-week length allowed skills to develop gradually.

My 12-year-old enjoyed applying the goal-setting techniques to real-life choices. The pacing over the full 8 weeks seemed appropriate for the 11–16 age range, and each 45-minute lesson was long enough to practice without losing focus. Weekly exercises made the concepts stick.

Overall very helpful — the decision-making framework and weekly roleplay exercises were clear and useful. I would have liked more than one 45-minute lesson per week to reinforce the skills between sessions.
