This level offers a great challenge for teens ready to advance. My son gained confidence in both sparring combinations and weapon forms over the five weeks.

Enjoyed the weapons kata with plastic sai and tonfa and the self-defense components. My child wanted slightly longer lessons, but the twice-weekly 45-minute sessions still worked well.

This beginner course was exactly what my teenager needed—concise, well-targeted lessons on emotion versus reason, questioning techniques, and source evaluation, all delivered in a manageable one-week format.

Very effective course. The focus on refining techniques and Kanku-Dai kata work suited our 16-year-old's goals perfectly.
