This was exactly what we hoped for — a friendly introduction to pitched and unpitched percussion with attention to music elements and ensemble performance. Over the eight weeks my child became more confident switching between instruments and loved working on the three pieces they chose. The single 25-minute lesson each week fit our schedule and kept them engaged without being overwhelming.

As a parent of a 7-year-old I appreciated the clear progression through pitched and unpitched percussion and the emphasis on ensemble work. The weekly 25-minute format was convenient, but sometimes I wished there was a little more repetition on tricky passages.
