Good starting point but felt a bit brief; my 14-year-old found some ideas challenging without more examples. Still useful as an overview of virtue ethics and related theories.

This one-week, single-lesson class was a lovely way to connect. The playful interactions, guided poses and clear demonstrations were easy to follow, and as a postpartum caregiver I felt it supported gentle recovery while also giving my five-year-old a fun movement break.

Very pleased — engaging topic presented clearly in one session. My teen enjoyed comparing Aristotle and Confucius and found the contrasts with other theories helpful.

We did the Toddler Me Yoga: Love class and appreciated the step-by-step verbal cues alongside the visual demonstrations. The gentle strengthening for legs, hips and back felt just right for my four-year-old and the hugs and songs kept them engaged.
