Brown-Advanced Belt Level Nine — Karate & Kobudo

We appreciated that the course targeted advanced brown-advanced skills and included practice with plastic sai, tonfa and bo. The twice-weekly, 45-minute lessons over five weeks fit our schedule and kept my child engaged. Highly recommend for teens ready for more serious kumite and kata work.

Karate — Purple-Advanced Level Three (Enpi, Sai)

Hands down one of the better short courses we've tried: focused Enpi and Sai kata work, solid drills and sparring practice, and noticeable improvement in stance and striking.
