As a parent I appreciated the clear focus on basic forensic methods—evidence gathering, fingerprinting, chromatography, and analysis—delivered through practical activities and a mystery to solve. The course's format (four 50-minute lessons over one week) fit neatly into our schedule and kept my 12-year-old engaged without feeling overwhelmed. The projects encouraged careful observation and logical thinking, and the pacing felt appropriate for kids ages 8–13. Overall a very satisfying short camp that offered hands-on learning and a fun problem-solving experience.

My 9-year-old couldn't stop talking about the daily projects and how they used chromatography and fingerprint analysis to piece together clues. The 50-minute lessons were just the right length for focused, hands-on work. It was a great intro to forensic methods for this age range.

Engaging and well-paced overall; my 8-year-old enjoyed the evidence gathering and mystery to solve. I would have liked an extra week or longer sessions, but the four lessons were high-quality.
