Oceans and Continents: Maps & Geography for Kids

Good introduction to continents and oceans, with engaging visuals and games. A few parts felt a bit fast for my younger kid, and we would have liked a little more hands-on map practice within the 55-minute lessons.

Oceans and Continents: Maps & Geography for Kids

As a parent of a 7-year-old, I appreciated the balance of storytelling, visuals, and games — it made map skills approachable without feeling like drill work. The six-week structure with one 55-minute lesson per week fit our schedule nicely. The simple presentations reinforced what was taught and kept concepts clear. Highly recommend for young learners curious about geography.

Middle School Novella Workshop: Drafting to Completion

Overall a positive experience for my 10-year-old — the focused lessons and exercises were clearly aimed at developing longer stories. The 60-minute weekly format fit our schedule and the ongoing mentorship was a helpful touch between sessions. Peer feedback was constructive, though sometimes discussion felt brief. After eight weeks I noticed real improvement in my child's drafting habits, which is why I recommend it with a small caveat about pacing.

Oceans and Continents: Maps & Geography for Kids

The course covers the seven continents and five oceans well and my 10-year-old liked the visuals and storytelling. Sometimes the single 55-minute lesson each week felt a bit long for his attention span. Overall it was a solid introduction, but I would have preferred shorter or more frequent sessions.
